very easy to make
Ingredients

1 whole egg

1 satchet oats

oniions or pepper or tomatoe what you like

some chili if you want

i pre heated the pan with almond oil

I mixed the egg and oats and the veggetables and then i shaped the pattes

I let them cook each side for 2-3 minutes a side then change side

important thing dont play with it as it will ruin the texture and shape

heres a picture below

Good as the recipe sounds.... you did indeed leave tuna out of the ingredients. Is it an ironic tuna patte?
