Ingredients for 8 servings

For the biscuit base (optional; it just adds useless calories imo)

    * 100g ground/blended cereals ( ex: kashi golean,kellogs special K,etc..)
    * 50g egg whites

For the filling

    * 2 whole eggs
    * 2 packages (Total:1kg) of non-fat quark cheese / cream cheese /cottage cheese
    * 4 tbsp sweetener
    * 1 teaspoon vanilla sugar
    * 1 grated lemon peel
    * 200g egg whites

For the creamy layer

   * 50g flour
   * sweetener ( depends on how sweet you want it to be)
   * 400ml milk
   * 1 whole egg and 100g egg whites

Method

-The Cake

   1'. Get your oven preheated to 350 (Fahrenheit)
   1. Mix the cereals and egg whites in a food processor.) Spray your springform tin with non-stick cooking spray and press onto the base. Bake in oven 5-10 minutes and put in the refrigerator while you prepare the filling.
   2. Put the egg whites(from two eggs and another 200g) in one bowl and the yolks in another. Using an electric mixer, mix the egg whites hard. You should be able to turn the bowl upside down.
   3. Using an electric mixer – mix the yolks with quark, grated lemon peel and sweetener. Squeeze the lemon juice from one whole lemon in there as well.
   4. Mix in carefully the egg whites with a spoon.
   5. Distribute the filling evenly over the bottom and put the whole cake in the oven for 45-60 minutes ( depends of the oven).

-Creamy layer

-Pour 400ml of milk in a saucepan and use a low heat and keep your eye on it. Heat slow and stir it continuously to avoid solids sticking to the bottom and burning.
-Blend 1 egg, 50g egg whites,flour and sweetner together ( i added unsweetned baking cocoa powder for that chocolate taste)
-add the mixture in your saucepan and stir untill it becomes thick and creamy.
-Remove it and put in the refrigerator.

-Once your cake is done baking, let it cool for 30 minutes or so.

-Here comes the tricky part: Once your cake cooled down, take it out of the springform. You will have to cut it in two and remove the top part of it. Spread your creamy layer and delicately put the top back on.
-Put it back in the refrigerator for a few hours.

it should look like this

Topped mine with greek yoghurt mixed with sweetener and cinnamon,strawberries and low fat whipped cream.

Macros with crust (may varry) : ~1700kcal and ~170g+ Protein.
Cut in 8 slices.

So roughly 215kcal 25g protein per slice.

Enjoy Evil
