This is AWESOME!

Crust:

Polished's pie crust
which is 52g ground up Kashi go lean
122g apple sauce
mix these together and put in a well pammed up LARGE ramekin
cook for 10 minutes @ 350

Filling: 1400g Fat free cottage cheese (blended smooth)
1 cup sweetner (more or less to taste)
vanilla extract

Instructions: blend the cottage cheese, sweetner, vanilla, till smooth, take out the pie crust of the oven and dump it all in.

Toppings:  4 Large marshmallows (chopped up)
4-6 tablespoons of sugar free chocolate syrup.

put it over the orgasmic cheesecake

macros are 1350 calories and 158 g protein

If you are an IF/IIFYM'er, than eat the whole damn thing, if not then eat the whole damn thing. lol put it in the fridge overnight to thicken and your ready to enjoy this badboy!  you could optionally add another crust on top to make it like a large grahm cracker, but then you'd have to add eggwhites and stuff like that and bake the cheesecake.  besides, I like creamy no bake better anyway!

Enjoy!

thats a LOT of food for pretty low calories (IF) imo.  Cheesecake mastery?  I think so.  I need to figure out where to get the extra 900 calories from?  300 for the blueberry banana bread ill be enjoying on the ride home, but the other 600, where will it be put towards?  (6)

    corn flakes?

    kashi high fiber blueberry waffles?

    the possibilities.

What was the diameter of the ramekin that you used?  Just wondering if I would need to increase the batch if I used my 9" springform.
