This is an awesome idea I just came up with, will try it for friday PWO.

5 or 6 sweet potatoes
Protein milk (1 cup skim milk with 1-2 scoops whey)
cinamon
Stevia or any sweetner you like

Cut the sweet potatoes in cubes and boil in a pot till soft, remove skin.  Mash in a bowl, add all the remaining ingredients.

that's it!  you're done, healthy delicious and optionally high in protein.

~ 1100 calories for the whole thing, and 82 grams of protein.  portion it to fit your macros!

Nice idea.  You can add some egg whites to the dish and put it in a pie shell for a nice high protein pie.  mmmmmm yum.
