Please note this is a very easy recipe and you can make it as low cal as you want depending on the liquid and sweetener used
What you need1-2 TBS Unsweetened Hersheys Cocoa powder
1cup of milk (If vegan or wish to add less calories use almond milk soy milk or water)
1 packet steivia or 1 teaspoon of honey or maple syrup or agave nectar or whatever sweetener you want to use
DirectionsCombine ingredients in a pan heat stove on high stir and serve when hot do not let contents come to boil. If it does boil i don't see it being a problem if water was used but milk will be a problem

This is a very strong hot chocolate and is suited to the taste of those who highly enjoy very very dark and bitter chocolate. (to give you an idea of my tastes I love to just eat unsweetened cocoa powder
