Found a similar recipe online and modified it for what I have sitting around

2 Chicken breasts, cut into bite sized pieces
Cinnamon 1 tbsp
Nutmeg 1/2 tbsp
Lemon Juice as needed
Hot Sauce as needed
Jack Daniels (rum is great too) 1/2 shot
Salt
Black Pepper
Red pepper

Mix everything up and cook it how you want.  I have it sitting in a crock pot with some mixed veggies, can't wait to chow down on it, it smells absolutely amazing Smiley

Oh also, with the vegetables I threw in my macros are
Calories: 515
Protein: 79g!
Carbs: 26g
Fat: 5g
