So simple..

You're going to steam your vegetables. This works especially well with broccoli.
Add the bit of water you would normally..then.

-3tbsp extra virgin olive oil
-A bit of salt
-Lots of fresh cracked black pepper
-Clove of garlic chopped up
-Add veggies when water simmers, and cover for 5 minutes


Enjoy some bitchn vegetables. Thank me later...

    nice one! will try it soon.

    a bit of premade thai-curry (green, black, red) is also nice to quickly combine with vegetables!

    Ah yes, this is awesome, but it should be since you're using so much oil.
    3 tablespoons is 360 calories I believe.

    So not the most diet-friendly thing here, but I have done this before and it does make just about anything really good.
