This particular dish, is mainly for those who aren't afraid of fat, but want tasty protein and veggie intake. Made it today as an improvised dish, and was notable for its meatiness and fatty flavors, flexibility, simplicity and was wonderful.
Ingredients:
-8oz 80/20 hamburger
-half onion
-bell pepper
-jalepenoes (optional)
-4 garlic cloves
-2 eggs
-2 slices bacon in bits
-spices (whatever sounds tasty to you)
Directions:
1. Chop veggies and bacon in small bits, rub beef with random spices.
2. Put pan on medium heat
3. When hot, put on the spice rubbed beef, smoosh until it is really flat.
4. when brown, chop up with spatula and add bacon
5. Add veggies and red/black pepper
6. when all meat is cooked, and onions brown, add two eggs and scramble around
7. When eggs are cooked, enjoy with any condiment or yogurt, cheese, really good with ceaser dressing and yogurt.
Macros without condiments are 740 kcals and 60g protein with about 450-500 calories from fat
