Morning SHake
«

Hi guys, I've been eating a shake every morning before I go to school. I put some oatmeal....like 1/4 of a cup, 1 24g scoop of whey protein, half of banana, ice, 1 cup of skim milk, 1 tbsp of peanut butter.
Is it good?
Is the peanut butter good for a morning shake?
Now for a post workout shake I drink this. 1 24g scoop of whey protein, half of banana, ice, 1 cup of skim milk, 1 tbsp butter.
Is it good?

I do pretty much the same thing except I put 1 1/2 of a cup of oatmeal, 2 cups of egg white and 2 tblspoon of peanut butter instead. But it all depends on how much protein you need per day so its just some extra ingredients you can think about adding to your current recipe!

freeze the banana, i think it taste better that way so you dont need all that ice (makes it watery)

Is that shake the only thing you eat for breakfast?

Actually you are drinking a shake - or do you really eat it like with a spoon?
Just kidding
