    Yo guys,

Because I don't have much time in the morning and I am really lazy in morning, basically what I do is to buy few Jogobella Yogurts in store and mix it with Cereal Müsli with some dried fruit. That's it. I know, nothing "special" and most of you probably knows about it, just though I could share somethin'. It can be done in 20s and it's healthy (I hope, I am not really nutrition expert, I'd really appreciate if anyone could confirm this)

You can buy these all over europe I believe.

    The Yogurt [200g container]:        5,2g fat / ~200calories / 34g carbohydrates / 7,6g protein
    The Müsli (Emco - Miss Fit) [30g]: 0,8g fat / ~100calories / 23g carbohydrates / 2,6g protein / 1,5g fibre

It's not bad as a breakfast. Still, 300 kcal for breakfast is a bit low. How much is your TDEE?

A 300 kcal breakfast on a 1700-2000 kcal diet is fine (it's about one sixth, which is correct assuming you eat six meals).

I'm more worried now about your caloric deficit, which is 700-1000 kcal per day. That's a bit excessive IMO, it should be around 300-600 kcal/day. I won't bring it up again though, it's off topic. If you want some advice on that, post again here or send me a PM.

I agree with herrkapputt. Try to keep it at an extreme most like 600 calories for your deficit. The breakfast idea sounds good. I usually do the same with granola amd Greek yogurt

i really dont think scoobies calculator for TDEE sounds right. All the readings sound too high to me. i lose weight slowly eating 2000 cals and doing exercise. if i eat the 2700 cals it recomends me (which includes 20% reduction) i would never lose weight!
