it 1/2 cup cottage cheese
1 table spoon of flax oil
100 gram individual package of probiotic yogurt flavored
and one scoop of whey protein isolates with no carb in it ( i like stawberry )
it has 40 grams of protien in meal and 430 calories total to me it seem like a awesome easy to make snack and i know scooby was saying it should not taste good food , but for me it taste like candy though i would have never thought cottage cheese would , if anyone can get back to me and let me know what they think im fairly new to body building started 8 months ago and lost 30 pounds so far since jan but alway open to new food and advice in fact i welcome it and look forward to input

Bodybuilder's food can taste good. Just don't let taste guide your results! Watch the nutrients!
BTW... this recipe looks tasteful. I think whey powder is very versatile. It can produce some tasty protein-rich stuff.
