So as the title says, I will gather here some more or less idiotic food-tryouts. Fruit salad mixed with cottage cheese anyone?

Please try to bear with the weird names of the foods, I never let my inner child die Wink So the new dish of today is named Nuclear Beef Winter.

800g of marinated beef and pork steaks
500g of Polar cheese with 5% fat
120g of ketchup

Mix in a tray and nuke it. And voilá, it turned out to be absolutely delicious.

Nutritional facts / 100g / 1420g
Calories               183    2600
Protein                19      275
Carbs                  6       88
Fat                     10     137

Thinking of replacing the beef and pork steaks with tuna, pollock, salmon, chicken or turkey to get a bit more protein in this.

Pollock Bombardment

800g of pollock fish
250g of high-fibre macaroni
200g of Polar cheese with 5% fat

1. Fry the pollock and add some spices of your liking
2. Boil the macaroni, spice them if you want
3. Shred the cheese or blend it if you are lazy
4. Mix well in a tray and nuke them the whole pile

Voilá

Nutritional facts / 1250g / 100g
Calories               1851     148
Protein                240      19,2
Carbs                 166,5     13
Fat                     25         2

Tastes just a bit boring as I only used basilica and black pepper to spice it. Some marine salt could work.

Polar is a cheese brand here in Finland. It's a strong flavored cheese with either 5% or 15% fat Smiley

Protein bolognese sauce

700g of minced meat (50% pork and 50% beef)
250g of cooking cream with 15% fat
500g of tomato puree
100g of whey protein powder
+ Gallons of different spices

1. Fry the meat without any extra oil or butter.
2. Add spices now or later, whichever you prefer
3. Put the meat in a kettle and add tomato puree and cream while mixing well
4. Add protein powder gently while mixing all the time or you'll get powder chunks
5. Add spices now if you didn't already and mix well once again
6. Let the whole godlike artifact boil with low heat for 10-20min
7. Serve with pasta, potatoes or whatever you prefer

Nutritional facts / 1550g / 100 / 155g(recommended serving size)
Calories               2700    180    270
Protein                210      14     21
Carbs                  50       3,3     5
Fat                     165      11     16,5

Now unless you are a real man who eats chipped grenades in pure gasoline for breakfast, I strongly suggest using A LOT of spices or some really strong ones to cover the taste of the protein powder. Just had my first taste of the dish and tastes quite excellent to me. It's a cheap solution for students and alike that yields a lot to eat Smiley

Something you find from your grandparent's cellar after they forgot it there during WW2

1200g of minced meat (50% pork and 50% beef with 10% fat)
700g of 15% cheese
170g of blue cheese

1. Fry the meat
2. Add enough spices to raise the dead
3. Shred the cheese in a blender like a boss or if you have a woman, give her a shredder
4. Remove woman from kitchen
5. Mix the meat, shredded cheese and chunks of blue cheese in a big bowl
6. Delcare Nvclevs Maximvs Terminatvs upon the bowl in the oven
