Protein bolognese sauce
700g of minced meat (50% pork and 50% beef)
250g of cooking cream with 15% fat
500g of tomato puree
100g of whey protein powder
+ Gallons of different spices
1. Fry the meat without any extra oil or butter.
2. Add spices now or later, whichever you prefer
3. Put the meat in a kettle and add tomato puree and cream while mixing well
4. Add protein powder gently while mixing all the time or you'll get powder chunks
5. Add spices now if you didn't already and mix well once again
6. Let the whole godlike artifact boil with low heat for 10-20min
7. Serve with pasta, potatoes or whatever you prefer

Now unless you are a real man who eats chipped grenades in pure gasoline for breakfast, I strongly suggest using A LOT of spices or some really strong ones to cover the taste of the protein powder. Just had my first taste of the dish and tastes quite excellent to me. It's a cheap solution for students and alike that yields a lot to eat
