Made this blueberry sauce thing for post workout croissants, pretty good, just fruit.

Ingredients:
-1 cup Any frozen berries, apples, bananas, fruit basically
-2-4 tablespoons of sweetener
-1 teaspoon vanilla extract
-1/4 cup water/milk
Use these ratios

Directions:
1. Puree fruit, vanilla and water in blender
2. put in a small sauce pan
3. low-medium heat
4. let it be hot and bubbly for 10 minutes and stir
and add sweetener to taste

should be reduced in about ten minutes of the bubbly stage, let cool, put in fridge
macros for this: 50-100 calories a batch
