Anyway....  Grin

I tried a scoop and a half of plain whey in our pizza dough mix on Friday (200g wholewheat, 400g white) and it worked out OK.  The dough was a little stickier than usual and the pizza pans/stones need oiling well but it had a nice consistency and flavour.  The kids were complimentary which is rare!

    In typical style, if I actually write down my recipes -- I forget them (true story!).

    So have to keep checking here each time I make bread lol
