Protein butter: A way to eat whey with a spoon!

Hey all,
This is my first post here but I have been following the AskScooby forum and Scooby's Workshop since August. I had always been in moderately good shape but never put forth a concerted effort to gain muscle. The forum and Scooby convinced me that one of the requirements of gaining muscle is to take in a serving of protein at several times during the day.
Due to the nature of my job I have a difficult time eating regular small meals/snacks. I found one thing that worked was keeping a jar of peanut butter in the fridge helped as I could quickly grab a spoonful of peanut butter with little to prepare or cleanup. Unfortunately you have to eat a lot of calories of peanut butter to get the protein needed. So I came up with this!
Protein Butter
I have 1-2 spoonfuls of this if I don't have time for a small meal or if I just need a snack. I still do protein shakes/bars and regular, balanced meals but this helps when I need something quick.
Ingredients:
3tbsp butter
3tbsp peanut butter
2tbsp coconut oil
~2tsp vanilla extract
~1tsp stevia
~1/2 cup walnuts, crushed/chopped
8 scoops protein powder (30g each)
1/2 cup Almond/Soy/Milk
Directions:
Put a medium sized pot on low on stove
Add:
butter
peanut butter
coconut oil
Heat/stir until melted
Add:
vanilla extract
stevia
walnuts
Stir
Add:
protein powder
Stir
Add:
Almond/Soy/Milk
Stir
Adjust to taste.
Refrigerate
Depending on the brand/variety of ingredients used the entire mixture has 2110 calories, 135 grams of fat, 30 grams of carbs, and 220 grams of protein. That makes approximately 37% calories from protein, 56% from fat, and 7% from carbs. If you are concerned about carbs you could cut the butter/coconut oil/peanut butter in half and just add another half cup of milk to get a similar (but less tasty) consistency.
Enjoy!

Sounds delicious. I can imagine pouring this into cube molds and using it just like regular butter. I'm salivating all over my keyboard.
