I have finalized my mid afternoon protein drink:
8oz(250ml) - Chocolate Almond Milk - 120cal, 2g protein
1 tbs - Natural Peanut Butter - 100cal, 3g protein
1/3 cup - Quick Oats - 100cal, 3g protein
1 scoop - Natural protein powder - 100cal, 20g protein
1/4 cup - Frozen Banana - 40 cal
1/2 cup - ICE - Don't forget the ice!!
460 calories, 28g protein
Excellent amount of monounsaturated fats, and protein.
Good amount of Fiber and Carbs.
And bunch of vitamins and minerals from the milk and banana.
This should keep you full for a few hours.
Happy holidays.

Use almond butter instead of the peanut butter for a more "almond" flavour
Just teasing. Nice simple recipe that anyone can place in a blender and enjoy.
