Oh yes I did. Healthy pumpkin pie. Got the crust idea from Polished since it works so well on his other recipes. Crust: -3cups Kashi Go Lean cereal. I'm sure it'd work with other "healthier" cereals. -1/4cup egg whites Filling: -15oz Can Pumpkin (1.75cups) Just regular plain pumpkin! -3/4cup sugar substitute -1/2cup egg whites -8oz Skim Milk -Plenty of Cinnamon/Pumpkin Pie Spice (to taste, really) 1.Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees F 2. Crush up the cereal in a food processor or blender to make a type of flour. Then mix it with the 1/4 cup egg whites and some water to get it into a paste like consistency. Spread it across a nonstick 9 inch pie pan to form a "crust". 3. Let bake in the oven for 10-15 minutes. 4. Take out and let it cool a bit. Now...for the actual pie. 5.Get the oven to 425 6. Mix the pumpkin puree, 1/2cup egg whites, 8oz skim milk, cinnamon, sweetener, etc. Mix very well. 7. Pour into your "crust" 8. Bake in oven for 10-15 minutes, THEN reduce temperature to 350 F for another 30-45 (Times vary depending on oven) 9. Take it out and let it cool. Put it in the fridge and get it chilled. ENJOY! The WHOLE PIE macros are: 750cals, 70g ProteinAdd some whipped cream and dig in!

Not sure. Give it a shot. I've never experimented with other cereals before.

Baking as we speak... Kind of funny, I was grinding the kashi when my dad and brother were watching the daily show, and my brother was hella pissed, I didn't say anything back to him. But one thing I found out, I needed 4 cups of kashi to make it spread enough.

Report back on how it turned out for you! Yeah, I usually just add water to the cereal paste to get it to a constistency to where I can spread it out enough
