I'm a student so fast meals, especially lunches to do between classes, are a must for me.
for this you'll want:
1 egg noodle cake (I use blue dragon)
handful of frozen mixed veggies
2 (or more) eggs
dash of oil
soy sauce to taste

Boil the noodles and mixed veggies until done (about 3 - 4 minutes)
heat up the oil in a frying pan, put the egg in and then add the cooked noodles + egg straight away
stir that up until the egg is cooked, add soy sauce or whatever seasoning to taste and you're good to go; lunch in 5 minutes or less!
(Noodles = 150kcal, egg x 2 = 160kcal, oil = 25 kcal veggies = 25kcal.... comes to 360kcal in total)

Looks good and simple. Just watch out for sodium levels. Could use a hot sauce instead of sota sauce for a different flavour.

I have seen some low sodium soy sauces although they are fairly expensive.

Then just eat it occasionally or do a load of cardio causing you to sweat thus increasing the need for sodium.

I think it's really smart that he boils the frozen veggies with the noodles. Great time and money saver.
