-500g fine ground bulgur
-2 chopped onions
-3 tbsp of olive oil
-3 tbsp of canned hot chilli sauce (Paste)
-3 tbsp of tomato purée
-2 tbsp of hot chilli powder
- 6-7 cloves of garlic
- 500gr fresh fine ground non-e-coli meat (Have butcher grind it 4-5 times over and over)
- 50 gr parsley
- 50 gr fresh mint
-A few springs of scallion, chopped
-1 tsp cumin
-Lettuce leaves
-Natural pomegranate syrup or lemon
-Sliced tomatoes
-A couple of clean hands and strong forearm & finger muscles
Knead bulgur, olive oil and chopped onions for 10 minutes (Or more if it's not softer then). Then add chilli sauce, tomato purée, cumin, chilli powder and meat, keep kneading hard. Have someone add garlics, scallions, chopped parsleys. Keep squeezing, pressing, kneading hardcore for another 20 minutes until it becomes kneaded eraser, clay or dough. Get walnut-size pieces and give em ovel shapes. Serve it in lettuce leaves, adding mints, pomerganate syrup or lemon, and tomatoes.

For beverage:
-500gr Greek yogurt (Or some other yogurt as long as it's quite thick)
-2 cups of cold water.
Mix yogurt until it's creamy - use a mixer. Add water very slowly, keep mixing, mixing, it will get all foamy. Add ice if you wish. This freshing drink is the most complementary one to the burning-hot food.

Have this food right after preparing to get away with it with as few bacterias as possible
