Hi, I'm a begginer to bodybuilding/scooby's site and just started looking at his videos for recipies that he posted on his site.  Does anybody know the brand or how he makes the "fresh cut salsa" that he seems to put in pretty much every dish?

well im pretty sure he buys the salsa , in one video it looked like the brand was "Pace"

this is my recipe for a salsa i have.

Ingredients:
Red pepper
Green peper
Tomato-medium size
Red union(can use normal union but red union has sweet/better taste)
Tomato sauce or tomato paste/purée
lemon or lemon juice
Tabasco sauce (optional, but gives the spicey-ness)

How to- Cut the red pepper, green pepper, tomato and red union into approx 1cm sized squares.
         - Add everything together and give it a quick mix
         - Put about 1-2 table spoons of tomato sauce and tabasco sauce and sqeeze all the juice out of the lemon into the red pepper, green pepper, tomato and red union mixture, give everything a good mix.
         - Let it sit for about 2 minutes, then you can use it with what ever you desire.

hmmm...i tried googling the Pace products and none seemed to look like the one he was using Sad

but yea I would try a salsa recipe but I just don't have enough time to keep making salsa each time so I figure I could buy the same one he is using...the way scooby describes it makes it so tantalizing! Tongue

anybody else know where to buy his salsa?
