i dont know if this was posted before, but ive tried this recepie i got from youtube, from this girl that does all the fitness stuff (cant find it) so all the credit goes to her.
u take milk, and boil it and then put oatmeal in and cook it (note i did not state the time because its entirely up to you if u want your oats softer or bit harder)
while cooking, mash a banana on a plate your about to eat from.
mix the banana and oats together and this will form ur base.
now u can add cinamon or other spices and all sorts of barries and what not...just play with it. ive put a teaspoon of nutela in it and it was awesome. I guess its a bit more of a sweet dish but its rly healthy so i hope you enjoy it.

I just take a half a cup of oats with 1,5 cup of soy milk and microwave it for 3 1/2 min. @700W.
Let it cool down a bit, and you got perfect oats porridge.

Nah bro, 1 cup uncooked = 2 cups cooked. 1 cup uncooked = 300 calories 4 cups uncooked = 8 cups cooked. 300 X 4 = 1200 calories.

This is my oatmeal recipe:
1 cup old fashion oats 1 3/4 cup water microwave for 2 min ADDITIONS 1-2 tbsp of flaxseed 1 scoop vanilla protein 1/2 cup FF yogurt banana natural peanut butter
Try anyone of these additions and you will be amazed at how tasty it is, high in carbs protein, and 3g of omega 3s from flaxseed.

Scooby's calorie calculator can't be correct. I'm 290 lbs currently and it says I need 359 g of oatmeal to lose fat at 25% calorie reduction... that's a whopping 9 servings in one meal(if one serving is 40g). I went out and bought a food scale... and after weighing it up, I've come to the conclusion that if I ate 5 meals this size per day, I'd be 490 lbs in 2 months. I'm pretty new to this!! Have I misunderstood?
