Here is a simple recipe for a tasty and nutritious cheesecake.

Ingredients:

Dough:

750 g cottage cheese

6 whole eggs

1 packet (25 g) vanilla sugar

100 g sugar or a sweetener

100 g wheat flour

100-150 ml milk to adjust the consistency

a teaspoon of oil

Topping:

an apple

pudding powder (flavour is up to you)

300 ml milk

10-30 g sugar or sweetener - depending on how sweet you like it.

Preparation:

1) Mix all the ingredients together, adjust consistency with milk (you want it to be easily spread evenly in the pan)
2) Pour it into a pan - ideally this type:

... top it with a layer of apple slices and put it in the preheated oven (150-180°C)
3) While waiting for the apples to soften a little bit, prepare a pudding - it´s written on the package, how you should do it Wink
4) The apples should now be soft enough (you want them to get soft and kinda "fluid", so you have no problem diging your spoon through all three layers Smiley ) so take the cake out of the oven and spread the pudding over it.
5) Put it back and bake for another 25-30 minutes.
6) When finished, take it out of the oven and let it cool slowly (don´t put it straight in the fridge, pudding wouldn´t like it Smiley )

(That´s the only picture I could have taken before I destroyed it Smiley )

Macros are about 1700 kcal 150 g protein (if you used sweetener, with sugar it would be more like 2200 kcal, which is still pretty nice)

Hope you try and enjoy.

Just found great improvement to this recipe. Instead of 100 g flour, use the same amout of overnight oats. The cheesecake then has amazing texture.
