I love eating. I hate cooking. I prefer instant foods. I lost my most weight when I was eating nothing but spinach shakes and microwavable turkey burgers.

I went by subway for lunch today, but I was SOOOOO not in the mood for a sub. I saw that they had soups. i got the beef stew (2g total fat) and it was friggin' AWESOME!

that got me excited. Been searching for the best possible soup i can make. Highest protein, lowest calorie. How's this sound:

2 Chicken leg quarters (keep the bone for flavor while cooking, take bone out when done cooking) (no skin)
1/2 pund of some type of lean beef (not ground, obviously)
crap ton of green beans
crap ton of green peas
crap ton of carrots
crap ton of soy beans
crap ton of mushrooms
2 onions
soy flour dumplungs (replace potatos)

**crap ton=probably a can

this would basically be all i would ever need to eat. and as long as my portions are the right size (probably 1 bowl for each meal) i need not ever worry about food again!

this is just me getting excited after eating lunch 20 minutes ago. Comments and suggestions are appreciated Smiley

*one idea i can replace the boned chicken with boneless/skinless for a healthier soup, but add in chicken and beef broth for flavor

Do it!  Chicken and beef stew is one of life's great pleasures.  I don't know how well the soy beans will do in terms of flavor blending, but you can try it =)

...if it were me, I'd remove the beans, keep the dumplings.

Dude, have you ever heard of "esquites"?

It's spiced up corn, it's a traditional dish where I come from (mexico), and it's also easy to make, low calorie, veggie intake.

    Corn (just grains),
    + mayo
+ pepper (something spicy) like chile de arbol pepper (look it up on the net),
    + lemon
    + salt
+ very little low fat cheese

    = ESQUITES!

You boil the corn and de-grain it (dunno if that's a correct translation), and you let it boil a bit more, you serve it with some of the whater where you boiled it, add pepper and lemon, you got yourself a 1 veggie soup that tastes awsome as well.

    I SHALL POST A VIDEO!
