Okay everyone, heres another variation of bread i've been toying with lately.  This recipe is possibly the the best yet!  Its high protein, full of good carbs, and DELICIOUS what more can you ask for?

You'll need
Dry Ingredients
1/4 cup (30g) WW Flour 110 cal 4 g protein
1/2 cup oats (42 g) 150 cal 5 g protein
3 scoops Vanilla whey 380 calories 78g protein
3/4 cup sweetner
1/2 tsp cinamon
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda

Wet Ingredients:
1 - 2 cups (140-280g) frozen strawberries 50-100 calories, 2 g protein
1/4 cup egg whites 30 calories 6 g protein
2 Well blackened bananas 225 calories
1 tsb vanilla extract

Prep:
Have the oven preheating @ 350 F

Mix all dry ingredients in bowl

Mash the bananas and strawberries with a fork (make sure strawberries are thawed out first).  Mix together with dry ingredients well with a rubber spatula.

Put in a well pamed bread pan or muffin pan.  put in the oven for ~ 30 minutes (depends on your oven) and enjoy!
totals come out to around 1025 calories, 99 g protein! thats pretty damn good macros as you can portion these to slices (I got 15 slices!) if youre watching the cals, you can even cut out the bananas and up the strawberries for 225 less calories!  Ill post pics as soon as i get access to a stable internet source.  till then, let me know what you think and enjoy!

You think strawberry whey would be just as nice as vanilla one in this recipe?
