Ok i just made this for lunch and it was actually really good. So I thought I'd share it.

-1  3 oz can of albacore tuna (i used chicken of the sea brand)
-1/4 cup re-fried beans
-1 whole wheat tortilla
-1/2 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
-1 slice fat free Swiss cheese
-1 cup spinach leaves (are lettuce)
-tsp fresh minced garlic
-tsp fresh chives
-tsp creole seasoning
-splash hot sauce

Ok first open can of tuna put in small bowl and add  seasoning, hot sauce, garlic, and chives mix together with a fork. Then put tortilla on a plate and spread re-fried beans on tortilla and then add Swiss cheese on top. Heat oil on a frying pan then add tuna until your desired warmth. I waited until all the moisture came out. Heat tortilla for 60seconds in microwave then add the tuna and spinach onto the tortilla wrap it up and cut in half. Add in a piece of fruit and you got a whole meal with 500 plus calories and 60 plus carbs. Hope you all will like it

    We made this dish!

We used frozen, chopped spinach instead of fresh spinach leaves and white beans from a can (without the tomatosauce!)
    We doubled the recipe.

The big plate is for my bodybuilding/weightlifting boyfriend and contains (with a glass of milk) approx. 500 kcal
The small plate is for me, a girl who lifts weights, and contains 202 kcal

it is one of 6 meals and it was great, cheap and there was leftovers!

    ...wtf is creole seasoning?
