Hi,
Tuna Patty looks excellent. I will try this soon but I will cut out some calories from egg and bread. Thanks for sharing!

Radek.

Yeah.  I use 3-6 egg whites depending on how much tuna and oats I use.  It's a quick and easy recipe to fit to your caloric needs.  And then stead of olive oil for the fats, I'll just eat some almond or peanut butter after like a nice desert or something.

I think all of the ingredients for the patties work really well together.

Instead of the bread, I would have one pattie with 100g peas and 100g of brocoli and maybe one serving of good quality bbq sauce. Or maybe one pattie with some salad (handfull of lettuce, one tomato diced, 100g cucumber diced, 75g red pepper diced).

Other than that, it looks really tasty, and I could eat one right now apart from I can't be bothered to cook at this time on a morning haha.

Thanks for the link to a good recipe Krunk,

I've tried this. It is surprisingly very good! Instead of whole egg, I used two egg whites, I didn't use any fat and I screw up some proportion with oat meal. Also, make sure your ingriedients are pretty dry, otherwise you will get runny consistence - which I hate!

Generally, this tastes very good, thanks again for sharing!

not too dry...then there's no patty...just a mound of tuna and oats...not as pleasant
