Tuna Salad1/2 can of Tuna (120g / can) - mine was with chili so it was slightly spicy, which i like

1/2 can of beans (400g / can)
1 Tomato
1 Red Pepper

leaves of fresh saladWhat to do:
Get nice big bowl and throw the beans and tuna into it. Cut Tomato, Red Pepper and Salad Leaves on small pieces and also throw these into the bowl.
Mix this in the bowl, add some salt if you like to and let's nomnom!
