Ingredients Required:1lb of lean turkey breast,1/4 cup breadcrumbs,handful of basil leaves (chopped),small onion (chopped) 2 tbl spoon chopped parsley,2 tbl spoons of grated parmesan cheese,1 egg white,1 clove minced garlic, ground black pepper to taste.Wholemeal buns/rolls
How to make:In a large bowl mix the bread,onion,parsley and cheese and mix well with a fork. Add the turkey and egg white in there with your hands and mix well. Form into 1/2'' thick patties/burgers and season,can leave in fridge to set if got time. Can brush lightly with oil (optional) and grill over a medium heat for about 12mins flip halfway. Serve in a wholemeal bun/roll with your favourite salad,lettuce,tomato,sliced bell pepper,red onion ect. There should be enough for 4 servings or 2 mighty ones. Per serving:Calories 350,Protein 52g,Carbs 25g,total fat 5g,sat fat 4g,fibre 4g,500mg sodium.
