Okay, so I tried these.
I AM TERRIBLE AT MAKING PANCAKES. They look like o87wt wdg wed.
I cheated a bit and put 1 1\2 spoons of blueberry jam, but it's surprisingly little. (I also used it so it would look better, these things are ugly when made by someone for the first time.) Without it, it tastes a bit tasteless because my protein powder isn't very sweet, but you can taste the cocoa powder, rich stuff.
Great recipe! I'm sure if it was made by someone who knew how to actually make pancakes, it'd be good!

Add more dry ingredients but not more protein powder as its has an emulsifier to make it more runny.

So a few teaspoons of:
Whole wheat flour
Oatmeal flour (take regular oatmeal and grind it up)
cocoa
flax

hahahahaha
that made my day in a funny way XD sorry it didnt turn out great
a good strategy to remember with pancakes is patience, i have had the same problem as you since i would turn them too soon out of worry that they burn and break them. another way to make sure they dont burn before you turn is to coat the pan with a cooking spray every time. i have tried adding canned pumpkin to these as well, and it works pretty well to make them more moist.

another trick of the trade for fluffy well cooked pancakes is after you put the bater in the pan drop a tsp of water in the pan and immediately cover.  The water will steam and keep the pancake moist.  This will also help cook it from the top.  You still need to flip to crisp the top.  No need to add the lid after the flip.

Good luck.

I did eat them! They taste like rich chocolate, but not sweet at all. Rather tasteless, would be hard to eat it without the banana or the sauce for sure. It doesn't taste bad at all, just rather bland. It's also a large serving, so it took some time to eat it.

Gonna try these out asap. I will then edit my post and give you some feedback Wink

EDIT
Delicious! I also added oats in my pancakes (I have always used to do that, in my opinion that's way better than "ordinary" pancakes). I surely will be making this more often. Thanks for the tip man Cool

Yummy!
