    Hey guys,

More fall recipes!  I noticed a similar recipe posted earlier by Amatella, but thought I'd throw in my own version anyway.  Perhaps we could even just combine them on one thread!

    Ingredients/Macros
    1kg sweet potatoes = 860 calories/20g protein
    1/2 cup pureed pumpkin = 50 calories/1g protein
    1 cup skim milk = 90 calories/9g protein
    2 scoops vanilla whey = 240 calories/48g protein
    1 teaspoon grated orange zest
    1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
Cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, allspice and sweetener to taste

Macro totals come out to 1240 calories/78g protein.

    Directions

Dice your sweet potatoes into 1-2" cubes and place into a pot of cold water.  Place over medium heat until the water reaches a rapid boil.  Cook for an additional 20-25 minutes until the potatoes are tender.  Drain the excess water when they are done cooking.

Mix milk, whey, and vanilla extract together in a blender.  When combined, pour over the potatoes and mash thoroughly.  Sprinkle the orange zest on top and mix lightly for a delicious touch =)  Enjoy!

Daaaaaayum my man Polished has done it again.  I dont know whether I should discus this here, or on the food challenge thing, but I wish to make an ammendment,

1.6 kg of sweet potato (uncooked)  is required.

Protein source can be from choice.  According to my calculations based on this website ( http://caloriecount.about.com/calories-sweetpotato-i11507?size_grams=133.0 )

1.6 kg sweet potatos ~ 1400 calories (it came out like 1370 but I always round up to stay safe)  which means I have 800 calories left for my macros in the PWO.  Ill subtract 340 for the good stuff to make this delicious heavenly recipe (dont have pumpkin atm unfortunately) and I think ill slop a ginormous ham steak thats been in the freezer for a while.  Ham and Sweet Potatoes?  OHHHH YEAAAAh
    friday!!  Bring your A Game.
