My favorite "after workout shake" is this:

1 scoop of chocolate protein powder  (120cals)
    1 scoop of oats(50cals)
1 egg ( doesnt taste anything but it adds 7gms of protein, only 70 cal)
    1 glass of non-fat milk (90cals)
4 strawberries ( i know i know straberry/chocolate shake sound crazy but its good :D)

    TOTAL 330 cals

    FILLS YOU UP!!  Grin

Here is my favorite breakfast set!

Protein shake with frozen mango and oatmeal.

20g of protein(140kcal) whatever the flavor you like.
100g of frozen mango(64kcal) or whatever you prefer. I think frozen banana is the best and mango second.
    30g of oatmeal(114kcal)
100cc of soy milk(50kcal) If you prefer lesser calorie, just add cold water.
    100cc of water(0kcal)

    total:368kcal

Be sure to use a blender or mixer. 30g of oatmeal seems maximum for 200cc protein shake. More than this, it gets too sticky.

It may seem too much calorie for one glass of protein shake but this is a very filling meal with lot of fiber.
I don't really like oatmeal as it is almost tasteless.  But this is very delicious.

Banana is just an option.  Grin Enjoy!

You could substitute the egg for another 1/2 scoop of protein powder.  Similar calories and about twice the protein with a lot less fat.

    In a nutshell:
    Good

    Bad

Notice how the first one even looks exponentially more glorious than the second one...

If I can add a little something, you can always mix your veggies with some fruits in a blender if you dont like to eat them just like that. I dont know if the texture of it will be good if you dont have a good blender but trust me the taste will definetly be. Just add a scoop of protein and that should do just fine. This should just be for a small meal though.
