Ingredients: 1 pound of 90/10 ground beef 20 Thai chillies chopped in half large onion 1/4 cup red pepper flake 5 cloves garlic 1/4 cup rice vinegar 1/4 cup squeezed orange juice 1 tbsp ginger 1 tbsp star anise 1 tbsp cumin 1 red bell pepper 4 jalepenoes 2 habeneroes sirachi
Directions: 1. Cast iron on medium heat, chop up veggies and peppers, rub beef with spices 2. Put in beef, when starting to brown, crumble it up and add veggies and stir around 3. when veggies and meat start to brown more, add in vinigar and juice 4. Done when meat is cooked and veggies have browned a bit 5. plate up and put on sirachi 6. eat and cry in anguish and pain and suffer
Macros: 1100 calories 92g protein and a whole lot of pain

Christ, I've had Thai chilies. I have a pretty high spice tolerance, but more than 5 of those things and I'm done.

I actually had this yesterday, I passed out for 30 minutes and got a nose bleed.

I doubt that, at least not used to a ghost chili, I know a guy who always ate habaneros, ate 3 ghost chilis, and drank half a gallon of milk, he couldn't leave the bathroom the next day for an hour and a half, said he was couldn't stop swearing it was so bad.

92 gr of proteins is almost enough for it to fit my macros
i suppose is the kind of "spice" that u dont want to stop eating (cuz it also tastes SO good)... UNTIL u're finished and u're dying.
