Looks interesting but I can already see a few disclaimers:
1) Chia has been proven to be toxic once being oxidized
2) Flax, same problem. Gets oxidized quickly and has some hormones not everyone like. In fact, once it’s oxidized it will cause significant allergic problems – something I know very well myself!
And on a personal note…
I bloody hate Stevia and I’m allergic to dairy so Whey is out
