Hi there guys.. well the point is... i will buy whey protein very soon, no flavor.

I will use it post workout, but as i don't have much money, and time for the matter
i waned your opinion on this

I can't get the full 5 meals with protein, usually 1 will be very difficult for me.. because i'm on college and i have no "time" to sit down and eat a proper meal there.

Is possible to make some sort of protein shake + some other food to get the protein I need?

I know that whey is fast acting and i "think" that's not as good if it isn't PWO... so is there a way i can mix the whey with something to slow down it?

Because sometimes i will not be able to eat the proper meal, or pre bed meal because of the rush (i prepare everything in advance, plan in advance but sometimes you just can't)

What's your intake on this? buying casein or other supplements is not an option, i buy whey because i found it at a very reasonable price here...

byee and thanks in advance

Do you live with your parents, on your own, or on the campus? No time for eggs at breakfast, no time for milk at any meal, no time for a sandwich (chicken, burger, tuna, etc) at dinner? You can add protein powder to milk to up the protein for sure, but you do have time to eat regular foods with protein as it takes no longer to include protein in your meals.
