It's caused by the study of life?  That's a new one...

Yes, your diet effects your odds at getting/worsening/clearing up your acne.  Some people have trouble with acne and protein powders, but from why I've seen it's more of a brand issue.

As far as I know consuming a lot of sweet stuff and fat causes your acne to get worse.

I've had one year (19th) of quite visible acne in my face, simply caused by my age I guess, because after that time it was mostly gone.

"How old are you?"

I found out age doesn't matter these days, as any age from teens up to like 40, 50, 60, 70  on and on can get acne.

acne can be genetics, hormones, cleanliness, the diet or all

op, if you never had acne before you just started doing something different, then you might want to change back, or see a doc and ask them there thoughts as some "acne" looking spots can be a virus of some sort.

I disagree.

Most people, if they have (had) acne in their life, have acne around their 20th birthday. As I said before, I've had acne medium-bad after my 19th birthday. Genetics are the main reason for the outbreak and amount of time your skin is affected, but also bad nutrition and other stuff can cause acne for sure.
My very competent dermatologist also said that the time span of acne is between 16 and 25 years actually. Of course there are exceptions.
