    I don't like supplements.

I can tell you this is a completely unregulated industry- why would you take something based on somebody's word?

    Wouldn't you want proof?

They answer to nobody. They can put in any unproven ingredient, even if its 0.5% and mix it with 90% frog poop and pencil shards. They just pay for a few adds, pay for one or two endorsements and maybe a few cheap actors for testimonials- (maybe 50k to 150k total to start for one or two years) and make millions over many years. Based on complete bullshit.

and get away with almost 100% of the time.

Who knows what this costs us in medical bills?- from emergency room visits, to later-onset liver, brain and other cancers? It's anybody's guess.

IMO it is useless to spend money on amino acid tablets , instead eat protein rich foods - eggs, chicken , fish , whey protein - all are complete source of protein and they have all important amino acids in them

i discourage using amino acid tablets mainly because they are expensive  , instead spend that money to buy some clean food

if you are eating 1 g per pound of bodyweight protein you dont need any amino acid tablets , high protein intake is the key

    just my opinion

yeah i enjoy couple of boiled eggs with some pepper and spinach , tasty

i hate taking tablets , only sick people take tablets , generally a normal joe thinks that you are sick and deficient if you use tablets

i am strong and healthy , eat food eggs has lot more amino acid profile than amino pills , the only difference is egg comparitively takes more time to be absorbed  but both are going to fetch you same results , you will not gain extra 2 pounds of muscle if you take amino pills
