What do people think of anabolic mass supplements, are they worth taking, are they safe?

You don't need them. According my philosophy, if you can't do it by eating well, sleeping well and exercising well, you can't do it with supplements either.

Is that some kind of mass gainer? If so, i'd rather eat a double cheese burger everyday then take that stuff. Try to eat your calories whenever you can.

you do not need any weight gainers , eat calorie dense food and right amount of protein everyday

if you want to build muscle slightly more calories than your TDEE and eat protein foods with all your meals , how about spending money to buy quality foods instead of supplements
