should be safe, but if i may suggest, wait a year or two untll u start taking whey, jsut try getting protein from normal food, other wise all good, ur choice

Yes it is safe. I used Body Fortress for about a year and never had any problems or complications. However, its loaded with artificial sweetners and junk, so its not the best protein supplement. If you really need a protein powder, look around at your local GNC to see if they have cheap, natural alternatives. I always recommend Jarrow Formula's Brown Rice Protein. $14 for 30 servings. In terms of mixability and taste its not the best but i still prefer this over other powders because its natural. Mix it with juice and its pretty good.

This. Don't buy anything from walmart if you want it to last (or not have heavy metals in it lol).
