I would just like some opinions on this product and the ingredients in it. Is it healthy?  Huh?

Ingredients: Super whey protein blend (Whey protein concentrate, Whey protein isolate), Super recovery blend (Creatine monohydrate, Taurine, L-Glutamine, Leucine, Isoleucine, Valine), Natural and artificial flavors, Soy lecithin, Cellulose gum, Sunflower lecithin, Acesulfame potassium, Sucralose.

1 scoop = 140 cals, 2g fat, 3g carbs, 1g sugar and 26g protein.

Thanks in advance.

I used it for about a year and my brother continues to use it and we never have had any problems from it and have actually seen some results from it. However, its far from the best. There are natural supplements from GNC that are much better even though they do cost more. If you normally get enough protein from your diet and only take this occasionally it is fine, but if you have to have a shake everyday, you may want to invest in a higher quality supplement

I don't know about you but I wouldn't trust supplements from Wal Mart.
