http://www.eatme.net.nz/catalog/product/gallery/id/56/image/218/

http://www.trademe.co.nz/Browse/Listing.aspx?id=436268548

Both links are for the same product. The 2nd link is just the seller's description of the product.

I am new to all of this so bare with the noobness. I am just looking for something to begin with that is affordable, and will fill in extra meals because Im going from 2 meals a day(lol) to 6. I wouldve purchased the 100% gold standard one that Scooby recommended but I live in New Zealand and cant find it for a reasonable price here. Just last week I bought a US$25 pillow from Ebay, and it cost me US$49 to ship it here, so shipping it from the U.S is probably not a good option for me. My goal at the moment is to lose weight and build muscle (if that's relevant)

Anyway, any help will be much appreciated.

Well the nutritional information looks ok but I have no knowledge about that brand of whey protein

Focus eating more protein in your diet - eggs , chicken breast , meat ,low fat milk etc
Protein powders are just an addition to your diet

Thank you very much for your response. I figured you wouldnt be familiar with this brand as it is New Zealand made. I will be increasing my meals with real food, when I get used to consuming food from twice a day to 6 times a day. ie. 2 real meals and 4 servings of whey protein powder a day, then keep cutting the protein powder servings down by 1, and replacing it with real food every week or so. Eventually, all 6 meals will be real food.

Again, many thanks Smiley

Whey protein is whey protein. Only difference will be if it's WPI (Whey Protein Isolate) or WPC (Whey Protein Concentrate). People suffering from lactose intolerance are better off with WPI because of the allergic reactions to WPC. However, most supplement companies put both of them in their "100% whey" if you read under ingredients on the nutrition label. If you're lactose intolerant just make sure you buy the tub of whey which whey protein isolate or hydrolyzed protein isolate comes before concentrate on the nutrition label.
