So while back I read in a magazine that a study was done on CLA and it reduced asthma by 300%.
Since I have bad asthma and I can't run for more then 2 minutes without having an attack I decided to try it.
The study said need about 4.5 grams a day so i took 4 soft gels a day couple months later i decided to try cardio again.
I did HIIT for 20 mins and no asthma the whole time. So thought I'd just throw that out there. I cant believe it actually worked.
If anyone wants to know the CLA brand i used I'll post it. Not saying it cured my asthma but improved my breathing by a lot. Cool

Keep observing your body and consult with your doctor because you don't want to accidentally get an asthma attack.  As one who suffered from asthma in the past, welcome to the cured clube. :3

Yeah thanks. Asthma really holds you back. Main reason I never wanted to do cardio but now I look forward to it. Grin
