well theres already the alkalyn thingy in there to get creatine absorbd faster, if this works? no idea, and i need alot of water to absorb it better anyway, of course.

what this salesman said seems to be true so far, i started by thursday, and damn my squat never felt that light and easy like yesterday

but thats a short time just 3 days in about a month i'll be able to give a good statement for how it worked for me

oh btw im drinking 2-3 liter water per day.
