    well, the guy there ( a natural bodybuilder) told me that it gets absorbd better, and that it's gettin to the muscles more direct as well. And like this i need no loading.

    he said it's what he takes and recommands, well im not sure if it makes a diffrent but i regard it as an experiment anyway.
    it's a kre-alkalyn.

    do u know anything about it?

    Most literature state that creatine mixed with warm liquid will dissolve and be absorbed quicker.  This capsule once it dissolve will require a load of water in you GI track to process it from solid to liquid before it gets absorbed.  So make sure to have PLENTY of liquid with the capsule

    So if you do get bad gas, cramps and or diarrhea.  This could be the cause.  A way to avoid this (if it happens) is break open the capsule in warm liquid first.

    well theres already the alkalyn thingy in there to get creatine absorbd faster, if this works? no idea, and i need alot of water to absorb it better anyway, of course.

    thanks for the idea to but it into warm liquid first, if it does not work well with absorbing it i'll do so Smiley

    what this salesman said seems to be true so far, i started by thursday, and damn my squat never felt that light and easy like yesterday Smiley
    but thats a short time just 3 days in about a month i'll be able to give a good statement for how it worked for me Smiley

    oh btw im drinking 2-3 liter water per day.

    I bought some creatine made my by muscletech a while back and if I took on anything but a completely empty stomach I got a hardcore case of the $h*ts! It was the powder that had a ton of sugar in it which was supposed to make it easily absorbed.

    I just had a great workout today Smiley i ran little bit more than 3 miles in 24 mins did my workout in a shorter time than usually.
    so far it seems like creatine:

    -made me able to lift a little more approx. 5%
    -made me able to lift a little bit longer
    -made me DOMS less worse
    -shortend my recovery time between sets noticeable

    That's interesting as I always had the opposite effect, creatine helped me lift more reps and weight and therefore made me significantly more sore
