Hi, I've always wanted to know what Creatine does and what age is suitable for?

Well, they accepted the fact that their manliness is lacking. Thus, they took supplements to boost what they ought to have naturally. :3 What can I say?  Foolish?  May be.  Waste of money?  Definitely.  Stupid?  Yes.

Puberty + good food + working out hard = teen to man. :3

Supplements?  May be 18 onwards.  :3

Good point about this: Puberty + good food + working out hard = teen to man. :3
But there are so many people that use creatine, and aren't there any pre workout stuff to buy to enhance your sessions?

If there's anyone here who uses it, it's mostly those that are above 18. :3

    ---

The bottom line is this.  If you're working hard, eating right, and taking good care of your body, then you don't need creatine. :3 (even if you're not taking that good of a care of your body, it's not necessary yet).

Creatine is fine for under 18yo's -- it does not work in a way that will change growth or maturation.

What I would question myself is your need for creatine. You will almost certainly not be able to tell the difference pre- to post- supplementation.

The only addiction is psychological and jack3d is a creatine/amino acid/caffeine/some other shit based supplement that is seriously overpriced for the materials in it and probably ineffective.
