I have bought creatine ethyl ester instead of regular mini hydrate just to give it a try
I do know mono hydrate is better than ethyl ester
I have question with dosage ,they 3 g of CEE is enough post workout Is it true? Or should I take 5 g
Another reason I bought CEE is there is no loading needed

3g more than enough - and you don't need loading with creatine monohydrate either as as far as your body is concerned they are identical.

I purchased this product but I did not open it , so I can return it and get money back
I feel bad because it costs 3 times more than normal mono hydrate
I read creatine FAQs it says cheapest form of creatine is as good as other expensive forms
Reason I bought is no bloating , any creatine will be converted into simplest form - creatinine
So why should I waste money ?
I am really confused , can I try CEE or can I return this product and buy creature which is lot cheaper and effective

Up to you.
If creatine monohydrate causes bloating in the gut and this stuff doesn't, then by all means use it.
However from a physiological point of view, you should treat the two powders exactly the same, as whatever form of creatine you consume (phosphocreatine, ethyl esther, hydrochloride etc.) they will ALL be reduced down to creatine monohydrate to be absorbed.
The only difference is that they will have different levels of solubility and may have a different effect in the gut (like the bloating you mention). But one is not superior to another in terms of supplementation.

I think that bloating may have been a freak coincidence. Try taking it normally (as you used to unbloated) and see what happens.

Creatine ethyl ester is a poor creatine product. You might as well be consuming straight creatinine.

as i mentioned above i know CEE is inferior compared to creatine mono hydrate , but i was considering to take CEE because less bloat because of high price of CEE i choose to take creapure , lets see whether it bloats this time

To avoid creatine monohydrate bloat separate your dosage. take 1 gram 3 times a day instead of all at once. Also try diluting it in warm liquid (tea, coffee, hot water, etc..) that helps. And don't start with the creatine vs caffeine debate, i don't buy it. I use both and I like the results.

Regular Creapure Creatine Monohydrate is all you will need. Check Will Brinks Creatine graveyard.
