    creatine is not a scam , our bodies produce it naturally , athletes use is to increase there creatine so they can preform at a high intensity  creatine is needed in order for the ATP system as without creatine supplement they would last about 2-7 seconds before the lactic system takes over this will lead to fatigue faster
