Hey, I've read most of creatine faq but I have some questions specific to myself. I'm 17, 150 lbs, 5 '7 and am thinking about creatine. If I started using it, would my loading phase be about 10 grams a day for 4 days then 2g every day after for maintenance? Also, would I need to workout more often, because I'm currently doing 3 DAW split. Each day is consecutive so monday tuesday wednesday then break until net monday. So if I took creatine would I have to reduce rest time to a day or two? thanks for all help. Also should I use creatine at same time as whey protein.
