So I finished my creatine last wednesday and have decided to cycle off it for now. My question is, how fast should I expect the strength and weight loss to come? I did the same workout last wednesday and today and I still managed to progress in weight and reps, but I'm kinda worried with deadlifts and the squats that I might not be prepared for sudden strength losses and injure myself.

Creatine levels take the best part of a month to return to normal physiological levels, and this is a verrrrrrry gradual process.

So any big changes are psychological. Remember that and lift hard - doesn't stop you having bad days, but also means you can have good ones.

You should not see any changes in strength. What you might see is that you cannot do the last rep of each set or so, when a month ago you could have.

Thanks buddy. I'm assuming it'll take a month to shed the water weight as well?

Pounds are to be expected - but strength not. Psychological.

Define strength?  Uglok is right you will not loose strength (lifting x weight)  What you will loose coming off creatine is muscle stamina/endurance.  Meaning creatine helps provide your muscles with water that helps it work longer.  Which in turns you can do a few extra reps.  So if on creatine you could do 100lbs for 10 reps off creatine you should still be able to do 100lbs but maybe only for 8-9 reps.  The rest is a mental block.
