Thats funny cause i lost 1.5 kilos since i been on it and i was on a plateau n im 66kg, guess supplements are for ppl who can afford it Smiley

Man you sure come across as a pompous douche. I think you should try to learn something from this forum instead of bragging about affording bullshit supplements THAT DON'T EVEN WORK!

Maybe the reason you "plateaued" is cause you don't have good nutrition and you were starving yourself?? The only reason you would be plateauing is because your diet sucks/you were starving yourself or you were already rocking body fat levels in the single digits. Furthermore did you count EVERY SINGLE calorie that you ate while you were on that supplement? Did you factor in water weight retention? Maybe you drank a whole lot of water that caused your body to rid itself of excess salt thus causing weight loss. Did you use a caliper to determine if your body fat percentage went down?  How do you know it was the supplement or just eating less calories?

Te tell the truth fat loss supplements nowadays use appetite suppressants and caffeine. Neither of those are thermogenics. At best they limit the amount of food you eat at most because they have a hunger blunting effect. So I would say that they are a waste of time and money. Just by increasing the amount of fiber and protein as well as decreasing the amount of fat and carbs in your diet would have the same results.

To put it simply. Supplements = SHIT. I only take omega 3,6,9 and vitamin C and kinda feel guilty about it.

But to be honest Martin Berkhan has an extensive list of fat burners on his website. But I wouldn't do that crap.

Better keep it natural. These drugs won't do any good.

Keep it natural ? Fat loss supplements are natural ! They just contain blend of stimulants and some bull shit like CLA , yohimbine etc

Those are natural I guess, shits like winstrol are drugs

I truly believe there is no magic pill you can take to loss fat and keep it off. Like someone already said if there was there would be no fat people.

I have found that the only way to get rid of fat for good is eating healthy as a way of life. Notice I did not say diet. Diets are a joke. JMHO

You also should add some king of exercise into your new life style.
