Thanks Drewbie, didnt know there was a study about its effects on immunity..

im taking around 9 atm and train at least once a day. 4 days a week i train twice, but I still feel great, so it seems to work fine for me.
how much EPA-DHA total?  That's what you should be looking at.  Refer to the link again after.

    The dozages go like metioned on the bellow despite what the bottle says, Fish Oil Recommendations (per day):

    100-150 lbs. LBM:6g
    150-200 lbs. LBM:8g
    200-250 lbs. LBM: 10g
    250+ lbs. LBM: 12g
